This standard specifies expression of view for the product drawings.

Note: This standard may be applied to other drawings than the product drawings as well (e.g. drawings for jigs etc.). The numbering of Clauses 2 through 5 is relative to the Clauses 2 through 5 of JIS Z 8316. In the Clauses 2 through 5 of this standard, in the case where some provisions are added or revised to JIS Z 8316, "MOD" is added after the sub-section number. In the case where some figures/charts of JIS Z 8316 are replaced, "REP" is added after the number of the figure or chart. In the case where some figures/charts are added to JIS Z 8316, "ADD" is added after the number of the figure or chart.
